FSA 86 R (Unit Only)

The STIHL FSA 86 R brings powerful performance and easy handling to professional landscapers and homeowners with larger properties. Its lightweight, compact design makes it easy to maneuver and comfortable to use for longer periods, while the brushless motor delivers reliable performance with minimal maintenance. The 13.8″ cutting swath helps you cover more ground with each pass, and the bump guard makes it easier to trim carefully around trees, shrubs and other obstacles.

Built with comfort and control in mind, the FSA 86 R features an ergonomic loop handle that can be adjusted without tools to find the position that feels right for you. A variable-speed trigger puts precise control at your fingertips, while convenient start/run/stop controls keep operation simple. Low noise and reduced vibration make it well suited for working in noise-sensitive areas. The FSA 86 R is built to hold up to everyday use, with a durable housing designed to withstand greater impact and resist corrosion. When the work is done, a built-in hanging loop makes it easy to store the trimmer securely and save space.

Optimally paired with the AP 200 battery, the FSA 86 R delivers up to 30 minutes of run time, giving you the freedom to keep moving through the work without stopping to refuel.

Note: Tools in the STIHL AP System are compatible with both STIHL ALLPRO batteries and STIHL AP batteries.
